No it’s not that you can’t eat healthy or exercise. It’s not that you can’t lose weight. It’s none of that.

The reason you can’t achieve your fitness goal is that you haven’t found your “why”. You haven’t found the reason you want to be healthy. Losing weight or having a six pack isn’t a good goal to have. It’s too surface level. You need to dig deeper and peel back the layers to find EXACTLY why you want to be healthy. Once you find this out, nothing can stop you from achieving your goal.
