This includes training each muscle group once per week. Trainings are split as:

Day 1: Chest, shoulders and triceps;

Day 2: Back and biceps;

Day 3: Legs and core

Plan is created based on experience from working with beginner and intermediate athletes.

In this plan, you can expect full body coverage. Training schedule can be adapted to your goals and free time.
